How to cook steak in microwave oven ?

I bought a high grade beef today , but i dont feel like cooking it in the way it should be in gas stove, its messy , is there anyway or cooking tips to cook a steak in the micro wave oven ?How to cook steak in microwave oven ?
Yuck! Microwave? Are you serious? Why don't you just pitch the steak in the trash now and don't even bother with the microwave, since that's where it will end up anyhow. Do you want to eat steak or dog food? Don't cook it in the nuker! Light the broiler or grill and don't be lazy about it, otherwise you wasted your money.How to cook steak in microwave oven ?
IMO I would not cook a good piece of beef in the micro at all...will make it tough and rubbery...don't do it to that beautiful beef..lol and looses all the protine...





On the stove top in a skillet is better than the microwave, just put something over the top to stop the splattering of grease if that is what you are afraid of...either that or grill it..even better yet! YUMM!
If its a high grade beef, you could cook it another way, on the grill or such, but if you want to steam it. They have microwaveable steam bags at almost every supermarket. But steak wouldnt taste that great in the microwave
Don't ever cook a steak in the microwave. Take the time to do it properly. You paid a lot of money for it, don't ruin it. Better to wipe up a bit of grease than to lose the whole thing.
Do you actually enjoy your food? Obviously not, if you're prepared to ruin a perfectly good steak for the sake of keeping your gas cooker nice and shiny.
you don't! .... You shouldn't cook ANY meat in the microwave. It makes it rubbery, and it won't brown ....If you don't want to grill it, then use a frying pan or the broiler....
i dont think you can safely cook steak in microwave because of bacteria.
suggest between to plate of equal weight four about 6 minute in each side (thawed) a little salt and pepper and maybe a slice of tomato?!
